Why book directly
Please use the form provided below in order to send us a reservation request. Once we receive your request, we will examine it and contact you immediately.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and yard of the property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Guests must be quiet from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.
- Once we receive your reservation request and depending on the availability, a payment request will be sent to you.
- To guarantee your booking, you have to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation.
- The deposit must be paid within four (4) working days of the payment request being sent. Otherwise, your reservation cannot be guaranteed.
- Once we receive the deposit, your reservation will be confirmed and a confirmation voucher will be sent to you.
- The remaining balance of your reservation should be paid upon your arrival.
- The charge and payment of your stay are made in euro (€).
- We accept cash, bank deposits, Western Union and PayPal.
- Check-in time: 15:00 until 22:00.
- Check-out time: until 11:00.
- A valid police ID or a passport is required upon your arrival.
- A baby cot for child up to 2 years is available at no extra charge and upon request.
- Cancellations are only accepted when submitted via email email@example.com.
- For cancellations submitted 14 days or more from your confirmed arrival date, no fee is charged and the deposit amount is fully returned except any banking/money transfer costs.
- For cancellations submitted less than 14 days before your confirmed arrival date, the deposit amount is not refunded or it can be used for a future booking within the current season.
- The non-arrival of the client after than the period referred in “Check-in” policy is defined as “non show”. In case of “no show”, your deposit will not be refunded and the apartment will be considered free and available for a new reservation.
- If your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 100% of the days you have already stayed including the cancellation day and 50% of the remaining days.
- Upon your arrival, the apartment is clean and is stocked with fresh linens and towels.
- After every departure, the apartment and the outdoor areas are disinfected by a disinfection company.
- Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the housekeeping during the stay is not available. Thus, cleaning and disinfection utensils are provided to our guests.
- Every three (3) days, fresh linens and towels are provided.
